Refunds & Cancellations Policy – Chinese Learning Institution Beijing - East West Connection

Note: In all cases the application fee is nonrefundable

A refund or credit will be issued depending upon when you cancel:

  • Before application deadline: Application Deposit credited towards another class date
  • After application deadline but before enrollment deadline: You are given a credit for half of the amount of the Application Deposit towards another class date
  • After enrollment deadline: Deposit nonrefundable. Tuition/fees: 70% refund, or 100% credit towards another class date
  • Any time during the first five days of the course: Deposit nonrefundable. Tuition/fees: 50% refund
  • Thereafter: Generally no refunds. However, in cases of legitimate emergency of a serious nature, management may, at their discretion, grant credit and/or refund.
